1. Initial franchise inquiry made
2. Initial conversation with Popeyes franchise team
3. Perform due diligence
4. Submit application package
5. Credit clearance
6. Receive and review Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
7. Meet with existing franchisees
8. Meet with Director of Development
9. Meet with Regional Director of Operations
10. Discovery day in Atlanta, GA
11. Restaurant franchise approval
12. Development agreement executed
13. Site selected
14. Site accepted
15. Franchise agreement executed
16. Construction begins
17. Schedule managers for training
18. New franchisee orientation program
19. Restaurant opens
